1. Scope

These Terms govern the relationship between Gud GmbH, Kirchenfeldstrasse 52A, 3005 Bern (hereinafter "we" or "GudRep") and the users of the website and the application.

2. Services

GudRep is a workout-logging and AI-coaching tool. Current status: waitlist for the launch. The free Raw Mode tier and the paid Beast Mode tier, along with their specific features, prices and contract terms, will be published at the latest when the app launches.

3. Waitlist

Signing up for the waitlist is free and non-binding. It does not create any entitlement to launch access or to particular terms.

4. Availability

We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee any specific availability. Maintenance work may lead to temporary restrictions.

5. Data processing

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

6. Liability

GudRep is liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect damage or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

GudRep is not a medical device. Workout suggestions, readiness scores and form-analysis cues are informational only and do not replace professional medical or coaching advice.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms as needed. The version currently in force is available on this page.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, to the extent permitted by law.
